reuse-it! UBC is a one year pilot project designed to help UBC employees find and exchange low-value departmental goods between departments at UBC Point Grey (e.g. like furniture, audio-visual equipment or office supplies). Registered users can post both wanted and available listings, similar to a classified ad section.
Any staff member with an @ubc.ca or @exchange.ubc.ca email address can list available and reusable items in their department by type, quantity, location, and date listed. You can also see photos of the items listed. Alternatively, staff can also post detailed wanted listings, specifying the type(s) of material they need.
